Digital Products Policy
IMPORTANT — No Refunds on Revealed Codes
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital code has been viewed or revealed. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for codes that have been accessed.
- → Please verify region and platform compatibility before purchasing.
- → Exceptions are only made if the code is proven to be invalid or used before your purchase date, subject to publisher verification.
- → Console rentals are subject to separate rental terms agreed upon at time of booking.
User Accounts
To purchase products, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. GamesGen reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or attempt to exploit our systems.
Payments & Security
We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store full card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Limitation of Liability
GamesGen is a retailer of digital game codes. We are not the developer or publisher of the games sold. We are not liable for any technical issues, bugs, or server downtime related to the games themselves. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant transaction.
