2. Digital Products Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RETURNS
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital code has been viewed or revealed. We cannot accept returns or process refunds for digital codes that have been accessed, as they cannot be effectively "returned" to our inventory.
- Please verify the region and platform compatibility before purchasing.
- Exceptions are only made if the code is proven to be invalid or used before your purchase date, subject to verification with the publisher.
3. Accounts
To purchase products, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. GamesGen reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or attempt to exploit our system.
4. Payments
We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your full card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
5. Limit of Liability
GamesGen is a retailer of digital keys. We are not the developer or publisher of the games sold. We are not liable for any technical issues, bugs, or server downtime related to the games themselves.
